Shock horror ds2 (7) has gone out to play and I don't know the family

DS2 (7) came home and said "Billy" had asked him to come to play at 4.10 pm today at his house, at no.11 on our road. I'm ashamed to say I don't know the family at all, but I think I can picture them. (We are quite friendly on our street, but we are centred around the houses on our end of the street, and I don't really know the other end at all!)

Anyway, I sent him off happily just telling him to come back at 4.40 pm, or earlier if it's not convenient!

Maybe you should go down to pick him up that way you can meat the little guy and his parents!

I would have gone to check, personally

mostly because I know often at this age invitations are made and the mum knows bugger all about it
