Baby upset doing exercises

My 10 week old has torticollis and can't look to the right (suspected from long labour/forceps delivery) we have exercises to do from the physiotherapist at every nappy change but it feels horrible to do to him and he's so uncomfortable and upset no matter how fun I try to make it and we try to get him to look at us to the right with toys etc as much as possible. I know it needs to be done but I feel like terrible everytime and I also feel guilt as it was most likely caused by the birth. Anyone in or have been in a similar situation and had improvement?

Hi my ds had the same, couldn't look to right or feed on my left, thanks to back to back labour & crash CS. Took him to cranial osteopath, very, very gentle manipulation, so slight I couldn't really see anything being done. I was very sceptical, as many are on mn, but on the way home from the 1st session he was looking at the car window to his right and we only needed another 2 sessions. Might be worth a try.

Thankyou I might contact physio and ask her about doing that if he's still getting upset. Heartbreaking to watch but don't want him to have problems later on so know it must be done. Even though we've had a few tears this evening he moved his head to the right in his sleep earlier by himself and to a family member when playing so improvements are starting after just a few days.
