4 month sleep regression?

Hi everyone just looking for advice my baby girl is 14 weeks and at 12 weeks she didn't like being put down all of a sudden, she used to nurse to sleep or fall asleep on her own during the day I could move her and she would stay sleep and would wake up happy now she won't nurse to sleep she cries often and won't be put down I have to walk around with her and when she's finally asleep and I lay her down she wakes up if not she doesn't sleep long she was also beginning the sleep well at nights too only waking 1-2 times at night and the past couple of nights is awake every two hours could this be an early regression? if so is there anything I can do I don't mind the night waking the now but it's during the day I can't put her down when she's tired she's exhausted
