Coughing only in sleep

Exactly that she only coughs in her sleel never in the day and its effecting her sleel anyonehad the same problem

could be asthma, could be a bit of acid reflux if it only happens when she is lying down.

Night time coughing is a symptom of asthma but most gps won't diagnose under 4. Worth going to see them anyway in case it is and then they'll have a history.

If it's asthma, try to keep the bedroom and bedding really clean. Dust mites in bedding can be a trigger.

I always find that a bowl of water under the radiator is really good at helping to prevent this. Together with some olbas oil sprinkled on bedding.

My ds coughed when his window was shut. Opened a tiny bit never coughed since!! Over a year ago!
