I'm so stressed right now, ds used to eat his 3 meals a day really well but it's been a couple of weeks it's getting abit tricky.... past week it's just been impossible!!

He doesn't want to eat anything Angry he eats his breakfast just about but lunch and dinner it's a NoNo! Tried to force feed as well but he just spits it out... all he snacks on here and there is quavers & maybe 1 Heinz chocolate biscuit through the day

Any tips?

Would be so grateful! X

phase phase phase! try to look at what he eats over a week, rather than over a day, and keep offering him different things, like little cubes of cheese, fruit etc.

it's tiring and frustrating, but it won't last forever :)

My DD went through this. She got better eventually but her diet is still fairly limited.

I kept serving up food I knew she liked, as well as trying to introduce bits of new things every so often. Just keep at it and try not to show any frustration!

At one stage all she ate was toast and chips. (though she'd eat biscuits, crisps and chocolate all day if I let her).

If you're really worried, there's a book called My Child Won't Eat by Carlos Gonzalez. It was highly recommended to me by lots of others, and it's really, really reassuring.

Don't give in to the Quavers and biscotti. Keep offering the normal food and don't make a fuss if none/very little has gone at the end of the meal, just clear it away. IME it's either an attempt to get treats as a regular main meal, or a control thing which burns itself out if not given oxygen.
I found a good way to get them to eat things was/is to serve it up for yourself and settle down to tuck in. A bit random, but a technique we've used (sometimes unintentionally) very successfully to get DD1 to try new foods.

My 15 month old ate nothing but grapes for 3 whole days last week
They go through these phases, just stay calm they'll get over it
I'd stop offering quavers though
