Hi,

Some advice please!

If my child attended a Halloween party and today a child present comes out in pox dos that mean my child was exposed and could get it?!

Thank you!

There is a good chance that your child will catch it but it's not definite.
My dd was playing with a child who came out in the spots the day after the (all day) play date and didn't get them.

Are you particularly worried if you do get it? Can I ask why?

I'm not worried really, just wanted to know what I'm in for ha ha! I kinda want her to get it young so it's done, thank you for your reply, no signs yet tho!

It's most contagious in the few days before spots appear. I think although technically possible, it would be unlikely that the child was contagious.
