Small red spots breaking out on babies face

Hi all. My 2 and a half week old baby is showing a breakout of tiny red spots. They began on his chin a few days ago to which I assumed would be from the dummy and possible bacteria and as such, maybe just baby acne from the pictures I've seen. I would like some reassurance however if anybody has experienced the same thing? Googling stuff drives me crazy and I'm very quick to make drastic diagnosis'. Hopefully the images are clear enough to see....? Thank you
