Swimming - proud Mummy

Today my 2.5 yr old DD swam 10m today! Smile
I am such a proud Mummy; was in total shock! We've been doing regular lessons since she was 3m old, but even so, I realise to most it'll sound like I'm massively exaggerating, and so I don't feel like I can tell many people for fear of them thinking I'm 'one of those' Mums!
Anyone else's LO master a skill which you were really proud of, but felt you couldn't shout from the rooftops for fear of being considered an exaggerator?

well done little one!!

not yet as DD is only 12 months, but your post made me smile because it sounds like DD's biased daddy, who texts me after every swimming lesson to tell me how she is the star of the class. he simply won't have it any other way Grin

Scarednoob, maybe your DD is?!** Smile
My MIL can be very biased, but I'd like to think I am quite grounded with the reality of milestones!
