Throwing off socks and shoes

My son is 15 months and is constantly pulling off socks and shoes. He isn't walking yet but it's coming into winter and I don't want his feet getting cold. He thinks it's a game and laughs at you when he pulls them off, wee monkey! Any advice on how to stop this or how to keep his feet cosy? The only thing I can think of is tights!

Aww i think its cute when babies do this their little toes are free anyway yes tights will help keep his feet warm although 1 of mine used to try and yank her tights off and would end up in a right pickle 😊
