Reflux baby, rolling and classes

Hi

My baby is 11 weeks and has reflux. I have to keep him upright for almost all of the day. When i lay him down he either gets violent hiccups, gags on acid or is sick.
I try to have him down for nappy changes and leave him there if he is happy but it is not for that long.

I am really worried that he wont learn to roll over.

We dont do alot of tummy time either for the same reason though he does have good head control.

I would love to take him to some baby classes or groups but inam sure they will be lying flat and the class would have to be at the time that my baby is awake and happy - small windows!

Does anyone have any experience with this?

Took dd to a music class and she enjoyed it. They sat on laps most of the time and sessions were about 45 minutes long. Once babies can sit up themselves around 6 months few lay flat.
