EYFS age 3-4 help

Hello, wondering if anyone can tell me where I find exactly what 3-4 year olds are required to learn in the UK please? I've been to several EYFS links but I don't seem to be finding what I need. I live abroad so I can't find out through nursery etc.

Pre-school/nursery year will mostly be the 30-50 month band, Reception will be 40-60 with the Early Learning Goals being the expected standard for the end of Reception.
