Potty training and bedtime torments

DD has turned two and we are into week two of self-imposed potty training. She is doing really well, few accidents etc and she has really taken to it.

Downside is that at night she is compulsively pottying for over an hour before she will even contemplate going to sleep, and gets really upset if I don't repeatedly put her on the potty. She really doesn't want to wet her pull up (which we put her instead of a nappy as it was coming off every five seconds).

Any tips to make bedtime a bit less stressful? I don't want her to feel tortured by needing to wee, but on the other hand I can do without all the fuss and constant demands for the potty!
