Yes, Really........

DS1 ALWAYS gets up at the crack of dawn (5:20 am yesterday)and gets progessively(SP?)tired throughout the day, by dinnertime he is knackered and so irritatable (and irritating) it's a nightmare.

DS2 is a law unto himself and goes around getting into all sorts and they both wind each other up ALL THE TIME.

Part of the problem is that they are in each others pockets for most of the day but they just hate to be separated so they wind eachother up because they won't leave to other alone.......how mad is that!

DS1 - conjunctivitis + DS2 - teething = Mummmy with no sleep and so a very long day
DS1 cried all morning then, mercifully had a nap, woke up and wanted to smack DS2 fro rest of day. DS2 angel most of day but then puked up all over my friend who'd come round to lend a hand and cried until bedtime. (DS2 that is , not friend)
Thank God, both now asleep - I'm going to bed with Gordon R....

Had a feeling there'd be a thread about this about now!!! Have had a nice half term, weather has been great here but what I'd really like is to be ON MY OWN for a bit! When last child deposited home to its rightful parent (6 pm) bring on the wine.

Had a lovely Bank Holiday Monday down the beach, Tuesday and Wednesday were OK, yesterday we went to the Zoo - all well behaved, no arguing BUT TODAY.....they've constantly argued about everything and anything.

Still about to get rid of one in a minute - Beavers are still running tonight HURRAH!!! - so DS1 will be out of the house from 5.30pm - 7.00pm

Must have been the day for it. Ds has gone to nannys for the night and has been there since 11:00am, but Dd1 and Dd2 have been a nightmare all day. We had to lay a carpet in Dd2s bedroom, I left them downstairs briefly to help DH and when I came down, they had pull the top of the fishtank off, and scared the fish, scribbled all over the wall with chalk, and peed on the sofa. They peed on the sofa about 4 times today. I have a headache and their screaming and shouting has really got to me. Dd2 has been screaming all day and demanding food and drinks all day.
Lets hope tomorrow is better

Bl*dy hell - they're even worse today!!

Started off sunny and warm here so I decided to get out the padding pool and fill it up, thinking this would "amuse" them somewhat and I could lounge around in the garden, reading my book whilst "supervising"

But no, filled it up, they jumped in and played about for a bit, now cloudy so they're cold - meanwhile still arguing about anything and everything.

They have now asked to go down to the beach, - this I don't mind but have told them that the tide is in, so we'll go down a bit later - but no, that started off another argument.

They're really starting to wind me up now, nothing I do/suggest is ever good enough and quite frankly, they are acting like spoilt little brats.

To top it off, DH is "ill" - upset stomach/fluey type thing so has been laying on the sofa last night and then all day so far, so stuck with the kids for yet another day !!

THe upset stomach fluey thing I had, as did our nanny and DS2. So as well as being ill I have been up the last three nights while DS2 pukes and generally wants to play when he stops puking. All I want is a good nights sleep, its good though - its reminded me to put no 3 on hold for a while
