Yes my dd is a big one. she wears age 2-3 as exact fit but for more room age 3 is best.

problem is i like her to wear long sleeved snapper vests but cannot find larger than age 1 to 1 1/2 which are now coming up short even with stretch. you know they are too small when neck line is almost stretche to nipples. but she isn't ready for big girls vests since will undo nappy all day if she discovered she had access

she currently is growing out of age 2-3 M&S vests, they come up smaller than most, the same size as NEXT 1-1 1/2...

ah

i posted a similar thread recently. ds (19mo) is also v long in the body and is currently just squeezing into m&s's largest size of boysuit - 2-3yrs

i think john lewis's 18-24 motnhs is a similar size to m&s's 2-3yrs (?) but you'd have to avoid tumble drying. that's my plan anyway - i have some 18-24 months ones that were delivered just this am

Try GAP - it is American and US kids are often taller/bigger than UK kids. They also do button under vests in bigger sizes.

Tescos have age 2-3 popper vests, I have just bought some for my ds and yes they do seem to be bigger than most others

hi...i am having the same problem...if i put my ds down for asleep without a popper vest on god knows what i will return to when he wakes up!!! we have had poo on walls etc etc. im going to try and put little underpants on over the nappy if i cant find any poppers that will fit him (he is about 2-3 in size but only 20 months)...

Hey forevermore

I got some short sleeved popper vests for DS (he now fits 4-5 yr clothes and is 3.5) when he was still in nappies fom Tesco. They worked a treat. I used to put them over his nappy and under his pj's I think I still have them somewhere. He only comfortably came out of day time nappies 4 months ago

He's still in night time nappies but they are starting to fail esp when he has a poo and he's over slept. I think it's pajama pants now as he's in the biggest standard nappy already.

It's so annoying when you have a big LO and no where seems to cater for them. The world seems to assume that because the child appears a certain age physically, they are that age emotionally and developmentally. It can really cause difficulties.

I tend to agree tesco 2-3 yr old are slightly bigger than average my dd is in 18-24 mths and she's 2, size 2-3 were too big so I had to echange them. I think tesco clothes for children are on the generous size in general.
