DD (7) won't wipe. Advice?

DD went to nursery full-time. Toilet trained easily but very lazy at wiping herself. Fast forward now 7 years old and still doesn't wipe herself, nor flush the toilet or wash her hands. Only does it if I'm stood outside the door/in bathroom nagging her to.
Just taken washing out of machine and realised there isn't a single pair of her underwear in, checked laundry basket none in there either. Checked bedroom, none hiding in there. She must have gone to school wearing same pair since Saturday :( I'm currently ill and been bed ridden since Saturday except for pottering this past hour.
Anyone any experience? Ignoring and hoping she grows out of it hasn't worked so far. Nagging and shouting hasn't either.

Clean underwear set out with her clothes the night before.
Visual reminder charts to put her dirty underwear straight in the wash basket and what she needs to do in the bathroom.
A very honest talk about:
Not wiping = nasty skid marks and painful bottoms
Not washing hands = potentially serious illness
Not changing underwear = she will smell bad

I would also ask her why she doesn't do these things, is it just lazyness (which you may be able to manage via nagging and/or punishment) or is there something else going on (lack of confidence, wanting out of the bathroom asap, organisational issue, sensory etc).

Good luck, I'd probably be supervising dressing, undressing and post toilet behaviours until I was convinced that the correct ones were ingrained.

do you mean she's not wiping after a wee or a poo? Both mine still called out for a bum wipe from me when they were 7. So many people on MN say their dc can wipe own bum at 3yo but in real life, I know several 7yos who prefer their mum to do it. My dd would do it herself at school and then come home and ask me to redo it with a baby wipe.

we hang uniform up for the next day, including clean underwear.

Both front and back. I think it's laziness as she's quite quick and slap dash with most things. I usually do supervise more but ill at min so struggling as single parent.
She knows is makes her bottom sore as a few times it has and I've had to apply nappy cream at bedtime but she still doesn't do it. I will try the visual reminder. I don't think she has any fears of bathroom etc as she has a bath in there and usually needs dragging out once she's in!
