22 Month DS doing messy nappies at 6:10am exactly every day - how to break the routine!

Hi, my son has had very bad nappies now for a good 4 months. His poo has gone to a complete splat and I assumed this was teeting (last 4 molars left to come) - This has gone on for too long now and now to make matters worse he's doing them exactly around 6/6:30 every morning. He used to sleep to 7am and wake up happy before this started, now he wakes up crying and wakes up his sister in the process.

His routine is lunch 11:30, sleep 12-2:30 then dinner 4:30/5:00, bath and bed at 7pm. This routine is normally based around my dds school hours hence the early lunch and dinner!

He doesn't really eat a lot either these days - picks and needs a lot of attention.

Anyone got any tips to break him out of this habit?

It's not really a habit, though ... when you've got to go, you've got to go! It sounds as if he may have a touch of "toddler diarrhoea" - it's very common, and can lead to messy nappies such as you describe. There's no treatment, but if it's any consolation it will pass.
