I swear by Munchkin 360 Miracle cups. It's like drinking from an open cup (no spout) but completely non-spill, so you can throw it in the bag without worrying about upsetting it. Get one and you won't look back!

Awesome! It took my DS about a week to figure it out. He was about 8-9 months I think when we started using it. But now I just leave it on the floor and he helps himself through the day.
