Dd has been very difficult this weekend - awful screaming tantrums over nothing at all, kicking, hitting... But she has had a fever on/off so put it down to that.
The last couple of days she has started refusing to eat. At all. Took her to the GP who said that her throat was a little red but that as long as she was having lots of liquids it was fine.
We've been giving her whatever she wants to eat but she is taking a few mouthfuls at most. I've even offered chocolate if she eats half a sandwich, but no luck.
She's taken to screaming if you remind her to eat and today she kicked me in the stomach (I'm pregnant) and then screamed blue murder for 15 minutes. I cried.
I'm at a total loss with what to do with her. She has always been a bad eater but she has really stepped it up a notch by being violent. When you ask her why she won't eat she says she just wants to play instead.
She's also been wetting herself recently and lashing out at us a lot.
We've tried giving her extra time and cuddles with us, planning special treats, giving her a break from us too in case we are the problem. She's like it with everyone.
I'm having a really difficult pregnancy too with multiple hospital admissions. Could it be lashing out because of the baby?
What can we do? I'm desperate. I hate seeing her upset.
