Do you ever feel you can't cope with challenging behaviour

My darling darling boy has asd which on most days is fine and doesn't cause a problem too much. However we have days like today every once in a while and I just don't feel like I cope very well.
We came out of school with our usual walk to do but due to his ta been on a course he was stressed and worked up. I had to carry him all for 2 miles all the while having my face and neck mauled and pushing a pram.
I am heartbroken ds is fine now x

I have days where I feel like I might have a breakdown. Like last week carrying/dragging my 3 year old to the car with baby in other arm, both screaming their heads off and the postman stops me for a delivery halfway to the car. Argh.
And I don't even have a child with sn.

I find talking about it afterwards helps and trying to get by moment to moment. Can you call your partner just to moan?

Walking 2 miles with a tantrumming child is enough to send anyone over the edge. Cup of tea? Hope you're feeling a bit better.
