My kids won't eat....

Not sure if it's the weather but they will not eat hardly any fruit? Usually love it as snacks.

Veg they've gone off of as well.

They last time they would eat raw salad/veg was for teething as a baby, now they're not interested.

They don't like tomatoes, cucumbers, anything like that.

Would the fact that I don't like those two things have brushed off on them, even though I still offer it them?

I think textures play a huge part for their ages (just 4 and 2.5)

It wouldn't brush off on them unless you give it to them but don't eat it yourself. Children never do as you say, they do as you do.
Cut out snacks and serve up meals including fruit and veg- make sure that you are eating the same.

I don't give them sweets, they have the odd treat like a cake or chocolate but not all the time. And it's not effected them before
