Cold bedroom

My daughters room is at 19 degrees most nights but there is always a chill in there. You can feel it as soon as you walk in the room.

I worry she's never warm enough. Babies like to be warm!

When you feel her bottom sheet it's always cold! She sleeps in a sleep bag and when you feel the outside of it, that feels cold too! And because she sleeps in a sleep bag she can't 'snuggle down' into a duvet/blankets which in itself help to keep the bottom sheet warm!!

She is currently in a 2.5 tog sleep bag and a long sleeve sleep suit but just don't feel its warm enough!

Am I over worried?

As long as the room isn't damp, I think that temp is perfect. You've not said how old she is... and babies are better being kept cooler. My DS always slept better if it was cool (even coldish) in his room. Hot summer nights were (still are) a nightmare sometimes.
I always tried to keep the temp at 18 degrees, and DS slept in Grobags.
Do her hands feel warm or cold? Is she sleeping OK?

She is 10 months.

Her hands often feel (but I've been told a baby's hands and feet tend to be quite cold).

The last few nights she's slept brilliantly which is amazing seeing as though she's got a horrible cold! Prior to that she was waking lots (I think she was/is going through a sleep regression?!?).

19 is not cold. Ideal sleeping temperature is 16-20 degrees. If she is sleeping fine then the temperature is ok
