i haven't found a high chair yet my son can't escape from, he loathes being constrained in any way. of course he doesn't sit still of his own accord either. the only ways i can get him to eat are by chasing him with a laden spoon until he can be persuaded to stop momentarily and open up, infront of cbeebies held on my lap while i shovel it in to his distracted face or at nursery where apparently he's a good eater!
without tv he eats about 3 spoonfuls a meal.
i don't want him to become a tv reliant eater.
his diet is varied, he doesn't seem too fussy when he does eat
so how do i get him to learn to accept meal times?
(i try to sit at table to eat with him but end up eating alone/not at all)
