7 week old feeding frequency

Hi, I wonder if anyone else had or is having the same issue as me. My 7 week old just wants to breast feed all the time. If there was a constant supply, she'd take it. I didn't mind for the first few weeks and all the advice said just to keep going and she is establishing supply and demand but it's getting too much. I'm now totally exhausted, my breasts are constantly full of milk from her sucking all the time and I can't even work out whether she's draining them properly anymore. I've tried dummies which she hates, distracting her, taking her out, keeping her in, but it just lasts for 30 mins tops and she's eating her hand/crying again. Any suggestions welcome as I'm just so very tired! Thank you

How's her weight gain? Has she been checked for a tongue or lip tie (by a specialist)? Is she weeing/pooing regularly?

If you have a plentiful supply, can you maybe express so that someone else can do a feed so you can grab some sleep?

There is a Breast & Bottlefeeding section you could try posting in, under Feed the World. There are lots of knowledgeable posters there who hopefully can help.

Thank you, I've posted again in the other category!

Daughter is gaining really well so not worried about that and has been checked for tongue tie. She is weeing really well but for some reason stopped pooing this week. She has today though so I'm not sure what happened there!

Thanks again
