Dd is2 years and 2 months.She has recently got into this routine:Wake - 6.15/30amNap - 1-2.15/30In bed - 7.30 but does not fall asleep until 8.30/9pmDoes this seem like enough sleep for her age? I really don't think it is but don't know what to do about it. Also if I take away the nap she does fall asleep earlier at night but sleeps more restlessly and wakes earlier.
My Ds dropped his nap at about 2 but was and still is sleeping 12-13 hours a night. Does she seem ok in himself or a bit grumpy?
Yes she does seem quite grumpy and definitely like she could do with a bit more sleep. She's never needed as much as some her age but really she's does need 12 hours out of 24 to be happy and content.
