Little boy with muscle disease

Hi, took my little boy to see a specialist yesterday and have been told he has muscle disease. The extent is not yet known and he will need tests to find out how severe it is. He is only nine months old and seems absolutely fine to me apart from the fact he's a bit wobbly and can't sit unaided. The results take more that six weeks and I'm going out if my mind already. Would like any advice if anyone has been through the same please x

HI Georgebooboo I am sorry to hear this. It must be very stressful and worrying...can I suggest that you ask here on this Mumsnet section because there are lots of parents there with babies and children who have muscular issues. They're lovely too and will make you feel not so alone in this. {hug}
