My DD will be 2 soon and has started showing an interest in puzzles. We had some 3/6/9/12 piece peppa pig puzzles on holiday recently and she was really into them. Its her birthday soon and I want to get her something thats fun but also a bit challenging. Any recommendations?

Orchard Toys' "who's in the jungle" and "who's on the farm" are nice puzzles.

If she really likes puzzles, car boots are good places to pick up cheap second hand puzzles. (It's worth counting the number of pieces before you buy though.)

My ds got these when he was 2 and loved them. They're wooden so fit together securely unlike some cardboard ones which tend to come apart more easily. There are various sets available. Melissa and Doug also do more complex puzzles if you want something with more pieces.
