10wo DD hysterical during changing, is teething to blame?

10wo DD is teething a bit, confirmed by the GP... stuffing her fists into her mouth, dribbling, crying etc.
But the real trouble is that she is suddenly getting hysterical when I change her. Not great with the nappy change but absolutely inconsolable when I have to change her clothes. Pulling things over her head seems to make it worst...?
Until now she was at her happiest when I was changing her and would 'chat' and giggle etc.
I don't know if the teething is to blame and if so what could I do??!

Could you just dress her in clothes which you can pull on from the bottom? Envelope neck vests can be put on that way, as can lots of baby clothes (designed to be removable in the event of an exploding nappy without getting poo in baby's hair). A week or 2 of that and she will have forgotten than she didn't like it!

OH that is a good suggestion Rockchick... I will have a look through her clothes and see what I could do about that.
