almost 16mo banging and moaning in cot

dd has started to moan and bang about in her cot in the night for about a month now. We have a good rountine, she generally settles well at bt (although does take a while to go off most nights). I'm just not sure why this is happening.

It usually happens a couple of times in the middle of the night, maybe around 12 and 2 and then from about 5.30 until she properly wakes for the day between 6 and 7am. She moans and bangs about on and off for up to an hour each time.

I'm just not sure why she has suddenly started to do this and wonder if anyone else has experienced anything similar? We used to rarely here a peep from he once she went to sleep!

Maybe check her for worms?

Dts used to practise crawling and walking in their sleep. They used to wake them selves up shuffling around in their cots.
I think this is what they were doing anyway, I read somewhere - maybe on here that if you practise something in the day it's hard to switch off at night, so dancers will wake themselves up doing a routine for example. Could be bollocks though. Sorry not much help at all.
