My ds was born on sunday & has been diagnosed with mild hypospadius. However I am concerned bout his urinating & the infrequency of it.He is BFding well & pooing fine.I am seeing the midwive tommorrow, again, after her 1st visit on monday. Should I be worried ?

Congratulations on your new baby.

A day can be a long time in those early weeks - I would give the midwife a ring now and she may be able to pop in to see you later.

Congratulations on your new baby son :) yes I would contact the midwife. My son also had hypospadius and had an op just before he turned one. He is nearly 3 now and all is well. Going back for a check up next month. Hope your midwife can advise you.
