He's completely PFB. I adore the awkward, faffing annoyance..
Today at swimming lessons, HE was only doing what HE wanted to do.. It was so embarrasingly demorolising... Teacher was great about it..
Shakes head and Vows to never leave the house again

2.9 is very young for swimming lessons - why not just take his swimming yourself and re enlist him for swimming lessons when he is older x x x

Must say I agree with doughnut - he seems very young for formal lessons. Why not just have fun together getting him confident in the water?

I assume he is in some sort of duckling lesson? the idea is its learn through play, especially at that age! So the weeks when he has a specific idea of what he wants to go work with it, you and he will get much more out of his lessons and the teacher is likely to work alongside that as well as thats what these lessons are aimed at.

As a swimming teacher I love the strong willed little swimmers!!!!

I'd forgotten about this thread. Thankyou for your answers. Swim teacher is ABS ace.. It's just everyone else's child is doing the expected stuff, my boy is fighting the whole blimmin idea. TBF I was just the same, prob the same as an adult. I drove my own mother mad, poor soul Blush
