How do I look after this little tooth? It's only a few mm, do I leave it until its full grown to brush/clean? Or can I clean it now? What's the best toothpaste/brush? Thank u

As a dental nurse I know this yey!
Get a soft headed toothbrush and brush with a smear of toothpaste, one with fluoride, baby/toddler toothpastes aren't necessary.
When more teeth arrive make sure you brush them first to make sure the fluoride around all the teeth then let lo have a go too.

Plus what about dummies and sippy cups with juice in?

Avoid!! There's nothing wrong with a bit of really diluted juice with meals but if lo is constantly taking sips of juice the saliva ph will never be neutralised and will start to get holes in teeth. Just milk and water to be safe. I'm having to be extra strict as my boss is my babies dentist and I'd be mortified if her teeth were rotting haha, I'd never live it down!
