3.5 year old teasing, biting, pinching peers at creche

Hi
Our creche recently highlighted behaviors with our little girl that they feel our not the norm and they are struggling to manage. Jo is 3.5 and has a brother Ray who is 2.5. Both parents are in full time employment. We feel she's getting a lot of positive attention but she seems to crave more and gets it with her own negative behavior. At a loss with what to do to improve her social skills with her peers and concerned with school looming. Any help greatly appreciated. As an aside her brother is the most happy go lucky chap you ever met!!

How do they deal with her behaviour? If she hurts another child for instance...what do they do?

They tell her away from the situation, ask her why she did it, tell her it's not good behavior then distract her with something else.
