That sounds bad, I love my DS(8) to tell me he loves me and still have kisses and cuddles, I say it too. He does it all the time though, at first I thought it was habit, he says it when I've told him off - I guess that's reassurance, or he can just be passing by me and say it. He must say it 40 times a day.
Anyone elses child do this? I'm wondering if he's feeling he needs reassurance about something. Its not new that he does this, he always has been affectionate.
