This sounds tough. I'm afraid I haven't much advice as DS been fairly good eater. But I'm sure the 'experts' say to try and ignore these phases and just put down their normal foods and its up to them if they want to eat it or not. They do go through phases around the age of being less hungry for a while, but they're supposed to be only phases though. Her appetite will hopefully pick up soon.

My DD1 is almost 3 and won't eat either, you have my sympathies, I know how frustrating it can be. What your DD is eating seems like plenty to me but then I've not had any experience of a child that actually eats. If she seems healthy and you are offering her lots of healthy things then there's not a lot you can do. I wouldn't give her too much chocolate though. Are you BF or is she still getting any formula? I don't know if you'll find this helpful at all, might be worth a read just in case.
