'Two year old' molars at 18/19 months?

Is that within the normal range?

DS will be 19 m.o. in a week's time and is biting and chewing everything in sight, including his own arm & wrist. His latch feels uncomfortable when breastfeeding, which happened before when teething. He has all his other teeth.

He doesn't seem more dribbly than usual (normally teething brings out rivers of the stuff) and there's no sign of anything going on in his mouth as far as I can tell.

Yup can be normal. Mine all had full set of teeth by two.

Little buggers never slept till then either.

Yep - my boy had his secondary molars way before he was two (he started teething at 17 weeks - a date etched in my memory as he was a good sleeper until that point - then awful on and off until he got all his teeth!)

My little girl is 1 and she has all her teeth bar the second set of molars but she started dribbling the other day so am bracing myself for the hell of the molars - her last 4 came all at once - plenty of broken nights!

Thanks, both. DS has generally been a poor sleeper but in the last month he's slept right through the night twice. I shall readjust my expectations accordingly
