We swore the dummy would go at 6 months (in fact, we swore we wouldn't use one to start with), then at a year, then 2, then definitely after DD2 was born, then once she was used to nursery, then after we had moved house...
I have just come to the realisation that she looks odd now. Same with the nappy, although as she is not reliably dry in the day yet, I think that will have to wait.
any time I mention it she hoards all her dummies, and I find myself thinking that I should leave it till she is settled at school...
She only has it at night and for naps, she knows she has to leave it in bed.
