roulade help pls.

Need help making a successful roulade. So when I take mine out it seems to have inflated in the oven. I leave it to rest for 10 mins flip the tin over on grease proof paper which I've sprinkled with caster sugar. Every time I try to take the grease proof paper off half the cake comes off too! Why is this happening to me!

Any advice appreciated

I've never sprinkled caster sugar on the grease proof. Apart from that I don't know!
