I've just killed my Pampered Chef bar pan. What else can I use for flapjacks, brownies etc that won't stick?

I buy the foil traybake tins from morrisons. Perfect size and disposable. £2 for 4 I think.

I have a straight sided roasting tin, I think it came from debenhams about a million years ago. It's not non stick, but I line it with baking paper.

I would feel bad using disposable ones.

I've a 7"x7" and a 14"x7" tins that are both about an inch deep. Used for shortbread, bakewell tart, fudge, toffee, etc

Then I've also got an enamel and a stainless steel Aga small roasting tins - basically Mermaid ones.
