I don't like Matilda, Tegan (sounds like a car to me, sorry), Lyndon, Lucas much - all others fine.

Felicity is my favourite and Gabriel for a boy.

I love Matilda and also quite like Stephanie. I think that Lynette sounds a bit dated- a but like Janet, Karen, Eileen- that kind of name.

Gabriel is a fab name and I think the rest of your boys names are really nice too. Samuel is quite ordinary, wheras the others are a bit more unusual.

Stephanie
Logan

BunnyLebowski · 18/09/2009 15:50

Stephanie - very dated
Felicity - a bit prim and dull
Lynette - terrible
Matilda - lovely
Tegan - awful Home and Away madeup name

Samuel - Nice
Gabriel - love this
Logan - see Tegan
Lucas - Like this one
Lyndon - don't like. Makes me think of the president or the Kubrick film and not of a name for a child.

Stephanie - quite retro, but I like it
Felicity - bit twee
Lynette - dreadful, sounds like a Neighbours character
Matilda - OK, quite common these days
Tegan - hideous beyond belief

BOYS:

Samuel - classic, nice
Gabriel - gaining popularity; like it
Logan - 'Lynette's' son in neighbours? NO
Lucas - not keen

Stephanie- I think this name is pretty, it's not dated in a way that is saturated and thus associated with a generation, I think it would work equally well on a toddler, 20 year old, 50 year old
Felicity- bit saccharine
Lynette= NO
Matilda- Nice, I like a lot but becoming very popular atm
Tegan- NO would be my frank opinion

BOYS:

Samuel- Lovely classic
Gabriel-Nice
Logan- a berry? NO
Lucas- I like this a lot but think it is pretty popular right now and may sound very dated in 10 years time
Lyndon- No no no no no please no

Stephanie - I really like this, she will get Steph which is pretty too.

Felicity - nice, I like Flick for a nn

Lynette - YUK desperate housewives/old aunt name

Matilda-LOVE LOVE LOVE, the one I know gets Tilly

Tegan - meh, not really

BOYS:

Samuel - Quite nice but a bit meh
Gabriel - Lovely

Don't like Stephanie, Felicity, or Lynette sorry.

Tegan and Matilda are getting more popular, especially Tegan. The local paper was full of Tegan's when it was running its beautiful babies competition.

Boys

Like Samuel and Gabriel but I do like classical names for a boy. Logan and Lyndon I just don't like. and Lucas is very popular too.
