Delphine has more gravitas and is more elegant and beautiful I think

Delphi is chic and cute

I'd use Delphine and Delphi as a nickname

Agree with Greensleeves - Delphine, with Delphi as a NN. Both gorgeous names.

Delphine is French, Delphi is somewhere in Greece. Prefer Delphine -- it sounds more like a real name and def more elegant. Delphi sounds to me like it's missing something, like Philadelphia with bits chopped off.

difference is that Delphine is a girl's name, Delphi is not - go for Delphine

Delphine, with Delphi as a nn,
also have you thought of Delphinium (a flower)? I prefer Delphine but its another option for you.
