Its a lovely name which my friend has called her daughter although my 2 year old can't pronounce it and calls her baby 'Omi!

I love it. It is my middle name... but a word of warning - spelt backwards it is IMOAN and I have actually won awards for the amount of moaning I can acheive on any given subject!!!

I like it. I prefer Noemi if that's not too french when you're not french ...

Absolutely love it and relatively unusual at the mo i think without being in any way 'out there'.

I like. Was on my shortlist.

I didn't even think of bad tempered models until I read the OP!

I like it!

I also like the Spanish version - Nohemi - but probably only if you are of Spanish/Latin origin.

I love the name, if i had another daughter i would have called her Naomi. I like it because it is quite unusual

I love it, I know a lovely Naomi, she's 15, she likes it too. She get annoyed when people mispronounce it or shorten it to neigh and point out what it spells backwards.

I like it but it does always make me think of the spoilt brat supermodel!

I know a 9 year old Naomi - lovely name and suits her perfectly!! not common but not made up!!

Also SIL's name but it has always been pronounced nay-me so sometimes accidently call the 9 year old that instead of nay-o-me but she doesn't mind too much - i hope anyway!!
