shonaspurtle Thu 30-Jul-09 00:20:36

From that site:

The boy's name Baldie \b(a)-ldie, bal-die\ is of Scottish origin. Pet form of Archibald.

Yep, it's of Scottish origin alright. Scottish for got no hair. Poor wee American Baldies grin

hisnibster Thu 30-Jul-09 00:28:21

Tsk tsk, there's a bit of snobbery going on here. Each to their own and all that.
Spell it Brodie for a girl, op!

Vegemitelover Thu 30-Jul-09 00:30:06

I have two cousins in australia. one with a girl - brodie. the other with a boy - brody.
i like the name for both.

sleepsforwimps Thu 30-Jul-09 11:09:58

taylorsmummy2004 Thu 30-Jul-09 18:52:04

Brodie is one of my faves for my #2 baby, i'd go with that one too, think the "ie" ending is more feminine! Congratulations!!
