boy's name.. I think The o ending is masculine, Lucia is the (ehem, much nicer) girl's version.

OK OK I have erased that one from the name bank- I cannot imagine a 5 year old Luciano/Lucio who doesn't hang out in Palermo ordering murders, sigh.. so thank you very much for your comments!
