Landon sound's like a spelling mistake or a cockney saying 'London'. Sorry. Jacob's nice though.

Jacob's ok but increasingly popular - I know of several.
Landon is pretty awful tbh. I do know a 7yo Brandon though...

Are you joking about Landon?

Jacob is lovely.

Thumbwiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiitch! Long time!

none. Landon is horrible and jacob, although nice, is getting popular.

Yay! Mrs MH - have you seen the thread about the chocolate buttons? A whole bag in one sitting, and the giant ones at that - not me, I hasten to

Jacob!!

(But I may be biased!)
My DS1 is the only Jacob we know around here.

missed that one but have been online window-shopping for chocolate! Purse and waistline still intact.

Landon! I like it. But if you knew my 3 DC's names, you'd know I have no freedom of speech.

But seriously, Landon's great.

ooh, that's a good way to do it - I have just finished a bar of G&B milk and almond again - it's getting beyond a joke!

No opinion really, but just had to share that my 6-year-old niece has THREE Landons in her class at school! Too funny!
Not to mention Caden, Jaden, Hayden and Braiden. You couldn't make it up!

Landon reminds me of Thursday Next's husband in the Jasper Fforde novels - Landon Parke-Laine

Landon reminds me of a Stephen King character, and Jacob is becoming very popular indeed.

Jacob - very popular indeed, but lovely.
Is Landon not the main character fron the Da Vinci code books? may make it a bit 'of the moment' now the other book has been made into a film. either way i am noy a fan of Landon!

tummytickler · 08/06/2009 10:55

Oh the Da Vinci Code could explain why there are 3 6 year oldsa called Landon in shubiedoos niece's class!

Not keen on Landon, but love Jacob/Jake (DS's name ) Only know one other Jacob so not that popular here, but wouldn't care if it was (was my grandad's name)

Of course, Jasper Fforde!

I was thinking the OP was a Da Vinci Code fan but that's Langdon, isn't it?
