I really like Dylan for a boy, what do you think?

thumbwitch Sat 16-May-09 01:48:37

s'all right - if you like Welsh poets and stoned rabbits!

nevergoogledragonbutter Sat 16-May-09 01:51:19

(sorry to say - at first i thought "magic roundabout" and "rabbit" - but i like it all the same)

My second is Dylan and am so chuffed with the name, it works for a toddler as well as for an older child or man (eventually). Funnily enough I have 3 friends with Dylans (sheer coincidence) and they are all nice kids!

GrendelsMum Wed 05-Aug-09 13:32:53

It's a great name - although I think that my friends who have three children, Dylan, Dougal and Florence, are perhaps taking it too far.

mopsyflopsy Wed 05-Aug-09 13:52:36

I don't like it at all, I'm afraid.

nappyaddict Wed 05-Aug-09 13:57:34

Too popular for me. How about Taylan, Talon, Tallin, Dolan, Dallan, Dallin, Dilbert/Delbert?

jellybeans Wed 05-Aug-09 14:06:20

I like it but not keen on Dill for short and hope not get 'dildo'.

Schulte Wed 05-Aug-09 14:06:36

I think it's cool.

I know quite a few Dylans - it's a popular name in our area. I like it
