Name for girl twin which doesn't end in vowel or start with E or F!

It's very difficult finding a girl's name that fits with our surname which starts with E and ends with son so out so anything like Madison. I've discovered that anything with a vowel or y on the end sounds rubbish e.g. Lily, Anna.

I like Iris and Maeve, but dp doesn't. We've only agreed I think on Erin and Elise but don't want another E name as ds2's starts with E and I don't think it sounds that great with our surname. DS1's name starts with F and we've already chosen boy twin's name starting with F so don't want another.

I have read through 14,000 name book already and am wondering if we'll have a name for her esp if they arrive early. Any ideas given my very restrictive request?? Pretty please? I had already posted on here about celtic names for them both but had to give that up as dp didn't like anything I did!

Nothing helpful to add because I absolutely LOVE Iris and Maeve and I think they make a great twin set.

Just wait til after the birth and then say, I still like Maeve and Iris.

GE, I am v.disappointed dp likes neither of them. I want something really girly as have 2 boys already! Either would go with dt boy's name as well. argggh.

Malory, hadn't thought of that. Hmmm. My dad/gd/ggd all called Malcolm so kind of fits in there. Shall ask dp!

Its so hard to make suggestions with only a sense of your surname, but here goes:

Fleur
(sorry that's an F)

Elise and Erin are both lovely

Annalise

Sabine

I think you may have more luck with French names.

Would dh go for Mae? Does that work with your surname? How about Isobel, Rosalind or Charlotte?

Catrin
Alys (both welsh)

Iris and Maeve are really beautiful names. As GreenElizabeth says, wait until after they're born. Your DP may not be able to say no after you've presented him with two gorgeous daughters!

The Celtic ones I can think of are:
Ashling/Aisling
Bridget
Niamh
Roisin
Sinead

There are lots of other lovely non-Celtic girls names which don't sound vowely at the end - just a few here:

Alice
Beatrice
Grace
Heather
Honor
Jennifer
Kate
Rose

If ds1's name starts with and F and so does the boy twin, then why can the girl twins name start with an E like ds2's name?

one of my twins is called Erin
