I love Theodora (nn Teddy/Theo/Dora) but DH doesn't like it.

Could you think of any similar feeling names with nickname potentials for our DD to have options?

He likes Vivian/Vivienne but I'm not a huge fan of Viv.

Thanks.

Leonora is lovely - the shortening local to us in 'Noni' (pronounced No-nee) - which I love

I do like Felicity but I find the shortenings aren't the best and we live in an area of lazy speakers, no one ever calls people by their full names and we all tend to go for the shortest, which I imagine would be Fliss? I really hate Flick.

Penelope is gorgeous but my best friend has a little Penelope so I wouldn't use it.

No others jump out at me at the moment.

Actually, Cecelia is beautiful too, but too granny-chic for DH.
