No I think they are fine together - lots of people have 2 children whose names both end in the more common "ah" or "ee" sound, I don't see how both ending in "tt" is any different. Could be a hassle if you have a 3rd child though, they might feel left out!

The endings have a slightly different sound so I think it's OK.

If you don't have an Elliott already and you're just considering names I'd drop that second 't'. The first name Elliot is usually spelled with just one, and it makes Elliot and Scarlett look a bit more different.

I think they're ok for siblings but too close for twins - if that makes sense.

Elliot should be spelt like that imo, it then looks less matchey to scarlett, unless you already have an Elliott of course.
