What is your opinion of the boys name: Heath?

Just looking for thoughts really.

We like strong, slightly uncommon boys names but nothing too crazy/out there. Just wondered how it would be perceived on a LO.

Any similar names, or middle name suggestions appreciated!

So nice and strong, lovely change from all the cutesy names (Alfie, Archie, Ollie, Teddie etc)!

I love it. An American friend's son is called Heath, and he is adorable. He suits his name perfectly

ooh no, very American and i think you'd spend a lot of time saying "no, not Keith...."

My first thought is 'Heath Ledger was hot in his heyday, my second thought is that it's a naff name. Sorry.

DanniArthur Mon 29-Jun-20 14:06:43

I'm another person who thinks "Heath Ledger" and then "Heathcliff" from wuthering heights. I do like it as a name though, it's unique without being silly and I generally like nature names.

Edenember Mon 29-Jun-20 14:49:39

@CathyWuthering lovely. Comfy to wear but not dull.

FizzyGreenWater Mon 29-Jun-20 15:23:02

Lavenderbluesy Mon 29-Jun-20 16:11:11

How does Heath sound like Keith grin? Do you not pronounce the first letter?

SumAndSubstance Mon 29-Jun-20 16:27:46

Er, they rhyme?
It makes me picture a surfer dude. Which isn’t necessarily a bad thing!
