(13 Posts)My favourite unusual names are Bowen and Allegra
I love Albertine, Juna and Indiana for girls.
Ignacio for a boy!
not sure if would be classed as unusual as opposed to a bit out there but I. following someone on Instagram who hasnt long had a girl named ocean which I think is really pretty
Bowen sounds too like Bowel. It is also a type of skin cancer. I can see why it’s unusual.
I love Willa and Hesper
I like Allegra too OP. I also like Aurelia and Evangeline.
I like a lot of 'nature' inspired names like Storm, Winter, Sorrel and Orion.
Allegra is beautiful, op. I also love it!
I think Clothilde is beautiful. Also love Patience, Prudence, Joscelin and Enid
I quite like Camelot for a boy and Tybalt as well as Taliesin
Hesper reminds me of Herpes, so I understand what you mean. We connect certain names and sounds with other objects and things.
Damaris
Amaryllis
Tybalt? As in the Prince of Cats and all round bad guy?
I like Wren, Pearl and Nell for a girl and prefer simpler boys names - Gabe, Zach and Seb so less unusual
@17caterpillars1mouse I also like Taliesin but the pronunciation often gets butchered which is annoying. It’s 3 syllables not 4, Tal-YES-in not tal-ee-ES-in.
Fauna
